Rinu Tamang, aged 15, from Ramdi, Nuwakot received a Kinetic hand from e-Nable Nepal on Falgun 19, 2079. Her father, Prem Tamang and volunteer Jaya Ram Thapa were present when we handed the 3D printed Kinetic hand. She was extremely happy to have a 3D printed hand which will definitely assist her in daily chores, in education and in other parts of life.
Rinu Tamang is currently residing at Kadaghari and looking someone to help her in her education financially. We, the members of e-Nable Nepal are trying to reach different organizations to assist her in her education.
During the distribution day, the recipient tried a variety of activities suggested by e-Nable Nepal members, such as grasping a bottle, lifting a roll of tissue paper, holding a glass, and so on. The recipien and her guardian has expressed their gratitude to the e-Nable Nepal team for our assistance and support. The members of e-Nable Nepal thoroughly explained the uses, restrictions, and other features of the Kinetic hand to the recipient, Rinu Tamang, while providing he the Kinetic hand.
